In an October 15 News notice alerting the membership that nominating petitions for the 2016 elections for the Board of Governors must be received by 5 p.m. December 15, the list of present board members whose terms expire on June 17, 2016, inadvertently omitted Thomas R. Bopp, who represents the 13th Circuit in seat one. Bopp won a special election in May 2015 to serve the final year of board member Bill Schifino’s term, as Schifino was sworn in as the Bar’s president-elect. Bopp has indicated that he will seek reelection. Nominating petitions for the Board of Governors may be found at www.floridabar.org.
