Florida Bar president headlines 2025 Pro Bono Celebration on Pensacola Beach

Legal Services of North Florida (LSNF) will honor the region’s outstanding volunteer attorneys during its 2025 Pro Bono Celebration, taking place Tuesday, October 21 at The Grand Marlin on Pensacola Beach.
The evening will feature keynote remarks from Florida Bar President Rosalyn Sia Baker-Barnes.
The annual event recognizes the essential contributions of pro bono attorneys whose work expands access to justice and strengthens communities across North Florida.
A networking reception kicks off at 6 p.m., CT, followed by the program and honoree recognition from 6:30–8:30 p.m. Tickets are $35 and include dinner. Pro bono honorees and a guest attend free, while volunteers can contact LSNF for their honoree code.
A partner at Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart & Shipley, Baker-Barnes has spent over 20 years securing verdicts in catastrophic injury, medical negligence, and product liability cases. Her leadership spans state and national organizations, from past president of the Palm Beach County Bar Association to key roles on The Florida Bar Board of Governors.
