Fourth Circuit JNC announces list of nominees for Nassau County court judicial vacancy
The Fourth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission interviewed seven applicants to fill a Nassau County Court judicial opening created by enactment of SB 2508.
Following deliberations the JNC nominates the following individuals to Gov. Ron DeSantis:
- Sarah Bell
- Denise May
- Joel Powell
A certified list will be provided to the governor at a later date, as FDLE background checks are still outstanding, according to the JNC.
