Governor appoints Roger Gannam to the Sixth DCA

Gov. Ron DeSantis on August 10 appointed Roger Gannam of Apopka to the Sixth District Court of Appeal.
Gannam has served as assistant vice president of legal affairs for Liberty Counsel since 2016. Previously, he was a partner at Lindell & Farson. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida and juris doctor from the University of Florida.
Gannam fills the judicial vacancy created by the elevation of Justice Meredith Sasso to the Florida Supreme Court.
