Greenbaum leads the Family Law Section

Douglas A. GreenbaumDouglas A. Greenbaum has become chair of the Family Law Section.

Greenbaum of Ft. Lauderdale assumed the leadership of the section along with other officers and executive council members at its annual Membership Awards and Installation Presentation held virtually in June.

Other officers include Heather L. Apicella, chair-elect; Philip S. Wartenberg, treasurer; and Sarah E. Kay, secretary. Amy Hamlin is the immediate past chair.

Greenbaum opened Douglas A. Greenbaum, P.A., in 1992. He also serves as a Florida guardian ad litem, is a member of The Florida Bar’s Councils of Sections, and holds a number of leadership roles within the Family Law Section.

A partner at the Boca Raton-based Gladstone & Weissman, Apicella is board certified in marital and family.

Wartenberg is board certified in marital and family law and currently serves as a general magistrate of the 13th Circuit in Tampa.

Kay opened her eponymous practice, Kay Family Law PLLC, in December 2019 to focus on family law and divorce and separation, as well as child support and custody, and special education law. She is also board certified in marital and family law.
