Guerra seeks Bar readmission
Leonardo Jorge Guerra of Miami has submitted an application with the Florida Board of Bar Examiners for Bar readmission.
Guerra resigned during disciplinary proceedings pursuant to a January 26, 2006, court order, under allegations of misappropriation of trust account funds, lack of diligence, failure to communicate with a client, and failure to respond to The Florida Bar. Disciplinary revocation is tantamount to disbarment.
The Board of Bar Examiners will conduct a public hearing on Guerra’s application for readmission on September 20, 2024.
