J ean-Joseph petitions for Bar reinstatement

Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Carlo Jean-Joseph of Plantation has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.

an order of the Supreme Court dated November 7, 2008, Jean-Joseph was suspended for nine months for dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation in connection with a real estate matter. On April 9, 2009, the court suspended Jean-Joseph for nine months, effective nunc pro tunc to December 7, 2009 (the effective date of the first suspension), for his failure to appear at an immigration hearing and failure to timely file a motion for rehearing in the same case.
