JNC nominates candidates to fill 20th Circuit and Charlotte County judicial vacancies
The 2oth Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission has sent 11 names to the governor to fill circuit court and county court vacancies as a result of the resignation of Circuit Court Judge Mary Evans and the retirement of Charlotte County Court Judge John Burns.
The commission conducted interviews with 10 applicants for county court opening and 16 applicants for the circuit opening. The following applicants have been selected for consideration and appointment to the bench:
