Jonathan Grant Morton petitions for Bar reinstatement

Announcements

Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Jonathan Grant Morton has petitioned the Supreme Court for Florida Bar reinstatement.

Morton was suspended from practice of law for 18 months effective April 1, 2023, as a result of a reciprocal disciplinary action. Specifically, Morton failed to limit the volume of his trademark practice to an amount for whom he could provide competent representation.
