Lawyers helps raise funds for the Pace Center for Girls Broward
GENOVESE JOBLOVE & BATTISTA partner Robert F. Elgidely recently served as co-chair for Pace Center for Girls Broward annual Believing in Girls Empowerment Luncheon in Ft. Lauderdale. The event was attended by 500 guests, including judges, politicians, community leaders, and philanthropists. The luncheon is Pace’s signature fund-raising event and raised a total of $170,000 for the organization. Pace Center for Girls, Inc., with 21 centers in Florida, is a nationally recognized program offering year-round counseling, academics, and life-skills education for adolescent girls (11-17) deemed at-risk for juvenile delinquency, running away, substance abuse, or academic underachievement.
