Legal Services Corporation seeks comments before awarding its 2021 grants
The Legal Services Corporation is set to award grants to provide “effective and efficient delivery of high quality” civil legal services to eligible low-income individuals in Florida and across the nation in December.
As part of LSC’s FY 2021 grants process, LSC published a Request for Proposals to deliver civil legal services in designated service areas in the Federal Register on April 7, 2020 (85 FR 19506), in USA Today, bar journals, and on the internet, according to Jack Morris, the grants program coordinator. LSC’s Notice of Intent to Award grants was published in the Federal Register on November 5 and is providing 30 days for comment.
