Merkin petitions for Bar reinstatement
Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Stewart Alan Merkin has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.
Merkin was suspended for 18 months by an order dated September 21, 2018, for violation of Rule 4-8.4(c) (A lawyer shall not engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation) of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.
