Michaels petitions for reinstatement

Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Alexander John Michaels has petitioned the Florida Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.

Michaels was suspended, with conditions, for six months by an order of the court dated December 27, 2018, as a result of conduct demonstrating a lack of civility and professionalism, and for his refusal to accept rulings and directives of the court, all of which contributed to the disruption of a tribunal and prejudiced the administration of justice.

Any persons having knowledge bearing upon Michaels’ fitness or qualifications to resume the practice of law should contact Jennifer R. Falcone, Bar Counsel, via email to [email protected].
