Middle District of Florida Bar fees are due August 31

Middle District of FloridaA member of the Bar of the Middle District of Florida must pay a membership fee of $15 every five years.

Middle District Bar members must pay the $15 fee between June 1, 2020 and August 31, 2020. No membership fee is due for members admitted on or after March 1, 2020. The membership fee does not apply to a lawyer admitted pro hac vice.

Members must pay the $15 on CM/ECF (not PACER) at https://ecf.flmd.uscourts.gov. After signing-in at CM/ECF, click on Civil at the top left of the page in the blue navigation bar. The portal for the FLMD Membership Renewal appears on the right side of the page under the heading FLMD Bar Members Only.

A $50 late fee applies to a membership fee paid between September 1 and September 30. A lawyer failing to pay the membership fee by September 30 must apply for re-admission and pay a $196 initial application fee.
