National Conference of Bar Examiners wants lawyers to take a practice analysis survey
Attorneys across the country have the opportunity to participate in the National Conference of Bar Examiners Testing Task Force 2019 practice analysis survey, which will gather current data on the knowledge, skills, abilities, other characteristics, and technology newly licensed lawyers use to accomplish the job tasks they perform.
This survey is part of the task force’s three-year study to consider the content, format, timing, and delivery methods for the bar exam to ensure it keeps pace with a changing legal profession.
The results of the practice analysis, which will be published at the beginning of next year, will be used by NCBE to develop the next generation of the bar exam.
