John H. (Jack) Hickey of Miami moderated the Judicial Ethics Roundtable at the Dade County Bar Association’s Bench and Bar Conference. Hickey also spoke and presented his paper on “Creating a Discovery Plan From Start to Finish” at the American Association for Justice 2015 Winter Convention in Palm Springs, California.

Jeffrey Michael Cohen of Carlton Fields Jorden Burt in Miami presented at the ABA’s 2015 Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee’s continuing legal education seminar.

Keith Fernandez, legal counsel and director of communications for U.S. Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen in Miami, was published in the James Madison Institute’s Spring Journal on the topic of doing business with Cuba.
