Jason E. Goldstein was elected a shareholder of Buchalter Nemer in Irvine, Los Angeles, Napa, San Francisco, and Scottsdale. Goldstein is a member of the litigation, mortgage banking, and title insurance practice groups.

Dennis J. LeVine, David E. Hicks, and Alison V. Walters have joined Kelley Kronenberg in Tampa. LeVine focuses on creditors’ rights, commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and representation of Chapter 7 trustees. Hicks focuses on creditors’ rights, commercial litigation, and bankruptcy litigation. Walters focuses on commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, and insurance subrogation.

Aleisha D. Hodo  has joined  Conti Moore Law in Orlando as an associate.  Hodo focuses on family law, as well as general litigation and business law.

Mark D. Greenberg and Leonor M. Lagomasino have joined Hinshaw & Culbertson in Coral Gables as partners. Greenberg focuses on counseling, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation of life, health, and disability insurance-related matters arising under ERISA, group and individual policies, and contractual disputes. Lagomasino focuses on the defense of individual and group life, health, and disability claims, including ERISA, first-party claims, and commercial litigation.

Richard E. Berman, partner, and Jose R. Riguera, of counsel, have joined Blank Rome in Ft. Lauderdale. Berman focuses on commercial, corporate, bankruptcy advocacy, and real estate litigation. Riguera focuses on a broad range of complex commercial and civil matters, including real estate and corporate litigation.

Michael McQuaide has joined McFarlane & Dolan in Coral Springs as an associate. McQuaide focuses on SIU/insurance fraud, personal injury, premises liability, insurance coverage, and bad faith.

Debora Cornelia Curt, Art Stresing, and Christopher M. DeGrottole have joined the Duval County Office of the Public Defender. Curt will serve Clay County and manage a misdemeanor caseload. DeGrottole will serve the county court in Duval County. Stresing joins the county court unit where he represents clients facing misdemeanor charges.

Elizabeth Green of Orlando was recently named the leader of the national bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditors’ rights team of BakerHostetler.

Diane J. Zelmer has joined Siegfried, Rivera, Hyman, Lerner, De La Torre, Mars & Sobel in Plantation as a partner focusing on construction law.

Flora R. Perez has joined Greenberg Traurig in Ft. Lauderdale. Perez focuses on advising public and private companies on corporate and securities matters, private equity and venture transactions, public and private securities offerings, asset-backed financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions.

Sara Bernard has been named a co-chair of Broad and Cassel’s real estate team in Orlando.

Anne Hinds has joined Osborne and Associates in Boca Raton focusing on products liability, medical device and pharmaceutical litigation, as well as personal injury litigation.

Joseph W. Etter IV has joined Englander Fischer in St. Petersburg. Etter focuses on complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, contract disputes, partnership, and corporate disputes.

Thasaian Q. Jordan and Sarah R. Goldberg have joined Kubicki Draper in Miami, where they will focus on handling first-party defense, commercial premises, and auto liability defense matters.

Lisa M. Schiller has joined McGlinchey Stafford in Ft. Lauderdale. Schiller focuses on bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, commercial workout and foreclosure disputes, and commercial litigation.

Stephen K. McDaniel has been named a shareholder of Meenan P.A., in Tallahassee; Thomas P. Crapps has joined the firm as a senior litigation shareholder; and Kirsten H.
