Lindsey N. Ortiz has joined Kubicki Draper in Ft. Myers focusing on insurance coverage matters.

John P. Martin has joined Jones Foster in West Palm Beach in the private client services, corporate, and tax practice groups.

Rebecca Brock, Whitney Dort, and Henry Ramos have joined Andrews Biernacki Davis, as partners, focusing on first-party defense claims.

Liza E. Smoker has joined John J. Brunetti Human Trafficking Academy at St. Thomas University School of Law’s LL.M./J.S.D. in Miami Gardens as managing director of intercultural human rights.

Lupo, shareholder and board certified in condominium and planned development law, represents planned communities from the Naples office.

Tiffany N. McKenzie has been elected as partner at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisne in Atlanta, Ga.

Jaime A. Alvarez and Eduardo J. Medina have joined Foley & Mansfield in Miami, as non-equity partners and B. Kyle Morley in Tampa, as a non-equity partner.

Reid Burman Lebedeker Xenick has announced that Dean Xenick has joined the firm as a named partner.
