Molly Maggiano has joined Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt in Ft. Myers. Maggiano concentrates on condominium, homeowners’ and property association representation, residential and commercial purchase and sales transactions, real estate development, and other general real estate matters.

Gonzalez & Shenkman, P.L., a real estate, corporate, and estate planning firm, and Brian D. Buckstein, P.A., an employment law boutique, have merged. The combined firm — Gonzalez, Shenkman & Buckstein, P.L., of Wellington — will focus on real estate and business transactions, estate planning and administration, and labor and employment counseling and litigation.

Robert K. Lincoln has opened the Law Office of Robert K. Lincoln, P.A., in Sarasota. Lincoln, who is board certified in city, state, and local government law, focuses on land development regulatory process.

Joseph A. Ruiz has joined the City of Miami Office of the City Attorney. Ruiz is assigned to the Land Use/Transactional Division, where his practice includes public finance, taxation, and general municipal law.

Matt Raulerson has joined Goldstein, Buckley, Cechman, Rice & Purtz in Ft. Myers. Raulerson focuses on civil litigation including consumer debt collection, bankruptcy, property insurance, foreclosure, landlord/tenant, and commercial and contractual disputes.

Hill Ward Henderson has relocated to 600 Cleveland Street, Suite 800, in Clearwater. The office is on the eighth floor of the 11-story Bank of America Tower in Clearwater.
