John Arrastia and Dan Zabludowski have joined Genovese Joblove & Battista in Miami. Arrastia joins as a litigation partner and focuses on commercial and business litigation and arbitration. Zabludowski joins as of counsel focusing on corporate, commercial and real estate, loan transactions, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, and the formation of domestic and offshore incorporations.
