Oughton petitions for Bar reinstatement

Announcements

Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Preston Hall Oughton has petitioned the Supreme Court of Florida for reinstatement to The Florida Bar.

Oughton was suspended from practice of law for 91 days effective October 16, 2024, for excessive fees, lack of competence and diligence, and engaging in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice, in violation of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.

Any persons having knowledge bearing upon the Oughton’s fitness or qualifications to resume the practice of law should contact:
