Pratt petition for Bar reinstatement
Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Paula Elisabeth Pratt has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.
Pratt was suspended from practice of law for three years with an effective date of September 9, 2019, for having shortages in her trust account and commingling trust funds with operating funds. The Florida Bar’s audit also revealed technical trust account violations. All shortages were refunded by Pratt.
