Rousso seeks Bar readmission
Mark Enrique Rousso of Davie has submitted an application with the Florida Board of Bar Examiners for Bar readmission.
Rousso was disbarred, effective retroactive to December 8, 2010, pursuant to a March 28, 2013, Supreme Court’s order of SC11-15 for failure to properly handle an employee theft from the trust account; failure to maintain required trust account records, placing personal funds and loans from others into the trust account, conflict of interest in not advising clients of the firm’s financial status, and entering into a loan agreement with a client.
The Bar Examiners will conduct a public hearing on Rousso’s application for readmission on September 10-11, 2020.
