Senate President Kathleen Passidomo makes the Florida Women’s Hall of Fame
Child advocate Audrey Schiebler and entrepreneur Lilly Pulitzer also inducted into the hall

Gov. Ron DeSantis recently announced the selection of three to the Florida Women’s Hall of Fame, including Senate President Kathleen Passidomo, a member of The Florida Bar.
Also selected were Audrey Schiebler, a child advocate and a recipient of The Florida Bar Foundation Medal of Honor, and Lilly Pulitzer, a trailblazer of the fashion industry.
Senate President Kathleen Passidomo
President Passidomo of Naples is the third woman to serve as president of the Florida Senate. A Stetson law graduate and attorney with Kelly, Passidomo & Kelly, Passidomo has served on numerous statewide boards and commissions including the Statewide Council on Human Trafficking, Florida Commission on the Status of Women, and the Florida Public Service Commission Nominating Council. She is the founding chair of the Collier County Juvenile Justice Council and the founding director of the Collier County Senior Resource Center.
Audrey Schiebler
Schiebler, formerly of Amelia Island, is a 1990 Florida Bar Foundation Medal of Honor recipient. A tireless child advocate, Schiebler was instrumental in the State of Florida’s Guardian ad Litem program which became legislatively enacted in 1980. It was the first program in the United States to achieve statewide status and associated funding. Schiebler also served as the first director of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Guardian ad Litem Program.
Lilly Pulitzer
As one of the earliest female entrepreneurs in the fashion industry, Pulitzer transformed her clothing brand into a household name. Formerly of Palm Beach, Pulitzer was the founder and former president of Lilly Pulitzer, Inc. The Lilly Pulitzer brand carries on her legacy in many ways, including through partnerships with local organizations such as the Junior Leagues, Boys & Girls Club, First Tee, Naples Botanical Gardens, and more.
