Smikle seeks Bar readmission
Marlon Alphanso Smikle of Deltona has submitted an application with the Florida Board of Bar Examiners for Bar readmission.
Smikle was disbarred pursuant to the Supreme Court’s order of February 9, 2017, for allegations that he practiced law without a license, a felony. He had been suspended previously in October 2015 for three years for his plea of no contest to the third-degree felony of conspiracy to introduce contraband into a county correctional facility.
The Board of Bar Examiners will conduct a public hearing on Smikle’s application for readmission on September 20, 2024.
