Sorce petitions for Bar reinstatement
Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Joseph Anthony Sorce has petitioned the Supreme Court for reinstatement to The Florida Bar.
Sorce was suspended from the practice of law for two years effective August 7, 2023, for violation of Rule 4-8.4(b) (“A lawyer shall not commit a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness or fitness as a lawyer in other respects”) of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.
