St. Thomas University College of Law recently hosted a Career & Informational Fair, welcoming 269 law students and 132 employers representing 56 organizations across the legal profession.

Among the participating employers were 26 alumni of the STU College of Law. Students engaged directly with employers from private law firms, government agencies, public interest organizations, and corporate legal departments, gaining insight into career pathways, internship opportunities, and professional expectations in today’s legal market.

The event also received special recognition with a visit from Florida Bar President Sia Baker-Barnes.

The law school says it is exploring opportunities to expand career-focused programming later this year. The number of participating organizations this year went up from 39 to 56.
