Statewide Capital Collateral Registry needs lawyers

Announcements

JACThe Justice Administrative Commission seeks qualified private criminal defense attorneys to apply for the statewide Capital Collateral Registry.

Members of the registry may be appointed by a court to represent death row inmates in state death penalty postconviction cases.

Applicants must certify that they meet the requirements of ss. 27.704(2) and 27.710(1), Florida Statutes, and Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.112(k).

Applications are accepted throughout the year. For more information and to complete the Capital Collateral Registry
