Supreme Court JNC meets today to address Justice Canady vacancy
The Florida Supreme Court Judicial Nominating Commission will meet at 9:30 a.m., ET, on Monday, December 8, via Zoom to discuss filling the roles of chair and vice chair and to set a schedule to discuss filling the vacancy created by the resignation of Justice Charles T. Canady.

Justice Canady announced November 17 that he is stepping down from the Florida Supreme Court to take a position at the University of Florida after 17 years on the court.
