Tiffany Moore Russell of Orange County to lead the state’s clerks

Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court Tiffany Moore Russell, a member of The Florida Bar, is sworn in as the 2024-25 Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers president during the FCCC Summer Conference.
The Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers (FCCC) last week installed its 2024-25 board of directors. Led by incoming President Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court, the new board members will each serve a one-year term.
“It is an incredible honor to serve as the next president of Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers, a position that carries both great responsibility and immense opportunity,” said Moore, a member of The Florida Bar. “I want to acknowledge my good friend and colleague Barry Baker for his outstanding leadership over the last year. I look forward to building on the progress we’ve made together and continuing to elevate the brand of our clerks and comptrollers through my own presidential priorities.”
Outgoing FCCC President and Suwannee County Clerk Barry Baker said Russell has always shown exceptional leadership, dedication, and heart throughout her time as a member of the executive committee.”
“During my tenure as president, I was proud to work closely with her on many successful initiatives for our association, and it’s an honor to now pass the presidential baton to her as we move into the new program year,” he said.
Russell was sworn in by Ninth Circuit Judge Alicia Latimore on June 19 and her presiding term begins July 1. During the conference, Russell also announced her presidential theme which will guide initiatives during her term: “Let’s Change the Game Together.”
Greg James of Wakulla County is the newest member of the executive committee, taking on the role of secretary. Sam Bailey of Holmes County as District I director, W. Greg Godwin of Hamilton County as District II director, Tara S. Green of Clay County as District III director, Tom Bexley of Flagler County as District IV director, and Rachel Sadoff of Brevard County as District V director are the newest members of the board of directors.
The 2024-25 Executive Committee members include President Russell, Hernando County Clerk Doug Chorvat Jr., president-elect, Marion County Clerk Gregory C. Harrell, vice president, Putnam County Clerk Matt Reynolds, treasurer, and Secretary James.
