Tinsley petitions for Florida Bar readmission
Eric Tinsley of Lake Worth has submitted an application for readmission to The Florida Bar.
Tinsley was disbarred from the practice of law in Florida pursuant to the Supreme Court's Order of May 22, 2012, retroactive to April 2011, for misappropriating trust funds.
The Florida Board of Bar Examiners will conduct a public hearing on Tinsley's application for readmission. All members of the Bar are invited to write to the board regarding their knowledge of Tinsley, particularly in relation to his character and fitness for readmission to The Florida Bar.
